Monday-Friday, 9am-10am are reserved for our most “vulnerable population customers”.
We are practicing proper protocols to keep you and our staff safe. We ask you to please practice safe shopping as we garden together through this crisis. Your shopping experience will be different than in the past but, you can expect the same high quality plants and service as usual. We thank you for your patience and understanding while we all adapt to these changing times.
1. In store: We love it when families come to the greenhouse together but, during this time, fewer people is safer! Social distancing is easier with fewer customers in the store. Our staff will practice social distancing, will wear masks and will sanitize hands between serving customers. All cart handles will be sanitized between customer use and completely sanitized at close of each day. Additional precautions are effective at our checkout areas. Remain 6’ apart at all times. Credit card sales are preferred. Merchandise returns are suspended during COVID-19 restrictions.
2. Phone orders: Call 616 949-7299 or 616 956-1526 to order from one of our Personal Shoppers. Once the order is placed, we will gather your order, notify you when your order is ready, collect credit card payment and arrange next day pick up. There is a $10 fee for this VIP shopping service.
3. Online: Products purchased online are only available for in-store, next day pick-up between 12-7pm. Mon.-Fri. 12-5pm Sat. Closed Sunday. Shop items, add them to your cart, pay online and pick up in our parking lot with our COVID-19 VIP no contact pick up service.

VIP no contact pick up-During COVID-19 restrictions, we are offering VIP no contact pick up service. When you pull into your VIP PICKUP parking space, we will greet you, ask your name/order number and then bring your purchases to your car and load them. You may stay in your car, this keeps you, your passengers and our staff safe.
