About Koetsier’s

In 2014, the Koetsier family celebrated 100 years of growing on our property! Over the years many changes have taken place, from muck farming and greenhouse growing, selling produce and plants wholesale and retail, to the existing garden center with its seasonal focus. Multiple generations of “Koetsier’s” are committed to homegrown quality and family friendly customer service. Our plants are carefully grown and selected just for you, From Our Home To Your Garden! Thank you for this opportunity!

Koetsier’s has a long tradition of family emphasis, getting our hands dirty, offering complimentary cookies and coffee to all, as well as putting smiles on people’s faces. That is why we strive to create a family-friendly atmosphere focused on fun for all ages with our staff, quality products, and seasonal flair. No matter what season, Koetsier’s is here for you as a warm, inviting place to shop for your favorite plants, obtain new ideas for patio pots, and even a quiet space to unwind in the nature of God’s beauty. During the Spring/Summer, we offer a large variety of annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, and patio pots that look great with the summer breeze blowing by. In the Fall, the greenhouse turns into a Fall Family Fun experience complete with hayrides, inflatables, crafts, a snack bar, and every color mum you could think of! Come Winter, the greenhouse is transformed into a Winter Decorating Wonderland with wreaths, colorful bows, vibrant evergreen boughs, and winter containers bursting with holiday cheer! All year-round we offer container classes and other events in our Bloomstudio to get your hands in the dirt and create your own seasonal planter!

Along with a spotlight on family and seasonal plant excellence, Koetsier’s places time and energy towards charities and other non-profit opportunities that benefit the community. Koetsier’s supports some local and national charities and non-profit organizations such as Pray America, Bethany Christian Services, Kids Food Basket, Pregnancy Resource Center, and others.
