By registering for an event, you acknowledge that participation may involve certain inherent

Parents or guardians registering children for events are responsible for ensuring their child
follows event guidelines.

The Koetsier’s Greenhouse mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Koetsier’s Greenhouse (“Koetsier’s Greenhouse”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Koetsier’s Greenhouse’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Koetsier’s Greenhouse through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Koetsier’s Greenhouse. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18444141311 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Koetsier’s Greenhouse mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Koetsier’s Greenhouse offers a variety of workshops, classes, and special events for adults and children. Because many events require advance preparation and materials, the following
cancellation policy applies to all event registrations unless otherwise stated.
Participant Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration for an event:
● 7 or more days before the event: You may request a full refund or receive a credit toward a
future event.
● 3–6 days before the event: You can receive a credit toward a future event.
● Less than 48 hours before the event: Full refunds or credits may not be available, depending
on prior preparation and material costs.
However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying
us before the event.
Event Cancellations by Koetsier’s Greenhouse
Koetsier’s Greenhouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to:
● Severe weather
● Instructor illness or emergency
● Insufficient registrations
● Other unforeseen circumstances
If we cancel an event, participants will be offered one of the following options:
● A full refund, or
● Credit toward a future event.
Weather Policy
Many events take place in or around our greenhouse and may continue during light rain or typical seasonal conditions. If severe weather requires cancellation, we will notify participants as soon as possible using the contact information provided during registration.
Late Arrivals
Participants who arrive late may miss portions of the instruction or activity. In order to maintain
the experience for all guests, events will begin at the scheduled time.
Children’s Events
Parents or guardians registering children for events are responsible for ensuring children follow
event guidelines and instructions provided by staff.
Event Participation & Liability Waiver
By registering for or participating in a workshop, class, or event hosted by Koetsier’s
Greenhouse, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
Participation in gardening activities, craft workshops, outdoor events, and related activities may
involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, allergic reactions, use of
tools, soil, plants, or environmental conditions. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Koetsier’s
Greenhouse, its owners, employees, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in events or activities hosted by Koetsier’s Greenhouse.
Children’s Participation
If registering a minor for an event, the parent or legal guardian agrees to this waiver on behalf of
the child and accepts full responsibility for the child’s participation and supervision where
required.
Participant Responsibility
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Koetsier’s Greenhouse staff during events and to act in a responsible manner to ensure the safety of themselves and others.
Medical Considerations
Participants are responsible for determining whether they or their child are physically able to
safely participate in the event activities.
Photography and Media
Koetsier’s Greenhouse may take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending, participants acknowledge that they may appear in such materials unless they request otherwise.
Agreement
By registering for an event, signing up through our website, or attending an event at Koetsier’s
Greenhouse, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this waiver and agree to its
terms.
Plant Pre-Order & Pickup Policy
Koetsier’s Greenhouse offers customers the ability to pre-order select plants and products
through our website in order to reserve items for pickup during the growing season. Because
plant availability depends on seasonal growing conditions and inventory levels, the following
policy applies to all pre-orders.
Pre-Order Reservations
Placing a pre-order through our website reserves the selected plants or products for pickup at Koetsier’s Greenhouse. Pre-orders are processed in the order they are received and are subject
to product availability.
Payment may be required at the time of ordering to secure your reservation.

We do not currently ship plants or products ordered through our website.
Pickup Windows
Each pre-order will include a designated pickup window or timeframe. Customers are
responsible for picking up their orders during the scheduled pickup period.
If you are unable to pick up during the listed window, please contact us as soon as possible so
we can make reasonable arrangements if available.
Unclaimed Orders
Due to the perishable nature of live plants and limited greenhouse space, orders that are not
picked up within the designated pickup timeframe may be released and made available for sale
to other customers.
Refunds may not be available for orders that are not picked up.
Plant Availability and Substitutions
While we make every effort to grow and supply the plants listed for pre-order, plant availability
can be affected by weather conditions, crop performance, or supplier availability.
Koetsier’s Greenhouse reserves the right to substitute plants with similar varieties or offer a
refund or store credit if an item becomes unavailable.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order should be made as soon as possible by contacting
Koetsier’s Greenhouse. Changes may not be possible once orders have been prepared for
pickup.
Plant Care After Pickup
Once plants are picked up, customers assume responsibility for the care and condition of the
plants. We recommend transporting plants promptly and protecting them from extreme
temperatures during transit.
