How has summer been?
Gosh!
These last months have gone quick and I can’t believe that fall is right around the corner.
I’ve been working on making the next Grow Club calendar and I’m excited to let you know about it!
There will be 8 Saturdays this season and each one was chosen to really capture a different part of fall.
There were sooooo many ideas to choose from but I finally narrowed it down.
The kickoff event is actually a bit of a misfit since it is still celebrating summer – YAY!
Since summer is a hard season for me to let go of, I thought we would make one final effort to soak it in!
This event is called “Summer isn’t over yet” and I have some really cool crafts to make for your kiddos to bring home.
I think of bright colors, being outside, and this magical time-warp during summer, so I thought it would be fun to do a chalk-pounding project with all the random bits of chalk left from the summer and then do this cool glue+paint+salt project.
I don’t know, it was something about the randomness of the ingredients and then also the really cool effect they have on each other.
Like the magic recipe of summer maybe? 🤷♀️
This is going to happen soon, in just a few weeks on Saturday, August 29th!

Grow Club is going to run just like it has been in the spring; Saturday mornings, drop in window between 10am-12pm.
Family tickets for the events are just $10 *and that includes grandma and grandpa!
And I can’t tell you enough just how excited I am to see you again!
Summer is great but honestly it can get lonely around the greenhouse without friends coming by.
Families and kids just bring a whole new level of community that makes the place come alive again.
